Educational Background:
I received my BA in Liberal Studies from Cal Poly Pomona. After graduating from Cal Poly Pomona, I continued my education at Cal State LA and received my Teaching Credential and MA in Education with an option in Technology and Leadership. I am currently working toward my second MA in Education with an option in New Media Design. My goal is to receive a Ph. D. in Computer Education.

Career:
I started my teaching career as a 6th grade teacher. I am currently teaching 7th/8th grade computers and AVID (Advancement via Individual Determination) at Montebello Intermediate School. AVID is a great motivational program that focuses on helping students get into college. I enjoy teaching and working with middle school students. There is never a dull moment with these students.

Miscellaneous:
Outside of school, I love to be in the outdoors. I like to just hang out and relax. I can also be a complete homebody. I love to sit in front of the television with a huge pile of laundry.
