Hi, my name is Mary Rhona Santini, I go by my middle name Rhona.  I received my BA in Liberal Studies here in CSULA.  Right now, I am in the process of finalizing the multiple subjects teaching credential and concurrently striving for a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Computer Education and Technology Leadership.  I plan to be an avid computer-using teacher in my classroom.  I especially enjoy the creative part of using the computer in  my lesson plans.  I am currently a substitute teacher for the West Covina Unified School District, grades K - 5, and if all goes well, I will have my own classroom in the fall of 2003. 

I was born in the Philippines but grew up here in Southern California.  I am the fifth daughter out of seven and I have no brothers.  I married my high school sweetheart and we have two very energetic children, a five-year old son, Joshua, and a three-year old daughter, Nikki.  They mean the world to me.  My interest are doing arts and crafts, shopping, and traveling.  What I find important is having a strong family unity and I love being a mom to my little monsters.  I have been fortunate to have been a stay-at-home mom for several years while pursuing a higher education.   Life is never dull with my children.  I am blessed with a loving and supporting family.  My favorite motto is, "It's all in the ATTITUDE."
