CHAPTER FIVE: WATER
This water plant, named Deew, is found throughout Krypto's waters. It grows so big that no body knows where the plant begins growing. It grows close to shore attracting animals to feed off it due to its fluorescent green color. This plant has no known reason for its existence other that serving as food for water animals and land animals.
Red-Feathered Rock Dweller. Started growing millions of years ago, during the time planet Krypto was having lots of Earthquakes and many other natural disasters. It's a very unique plant that only grows under water in the deepest areas of the sea. Also, the Red-feathered Rock Dweller only grows in one shape and two colors. It grows in the shape of a round circle with green and brown colors, and leaves that are used as a disguise to catch small fish to eat. This under water plant is only found on the coldest waters.
Ulva is a water plant with roots that have to hold on, under water, to anything it can to grow. As we see on this picture, the plant is holding on to rocks which are stable on water. We also see some of the plants coming straight from the water which means its roots are under the water-sand. This plant basically serves as seaweed, food for some water animals and some land animals. Its asexual reproduction makes it survive all over the planet by having animals transport its reproductive molecules all over the ocean. Ulva can only survive within a tropical atmosphere.
Palo is the name of this seaweed looking plant. This plant helps control the environment by trapping some water animals in its long leaves. The trapped animals serve as food for others. The growth of this plant is rapid, as fast as one every 2 days. These plant's life span is about a month, not considering some animals eating it, therefore the abundance of it. Its height is about 90ft and its diameter is 40ft. The reason for its size is to help the environment an trap as many water animals it can.
