Planet Disco is an astronomical anomaly. Its odd disc shape and rapid rotational speed are both the result of a near collision with a great comet during its early stages of formation. Imagine what life would be like on a planet where the day is 3.6 minutes long and wintertime brings no direct sunlight. The sun blinks on and off slowly in the sky, much like a celestial strobe light. A nearby pulsar adds a rhythmic beat to the scene. This strange world is full of surprises.
