Water Plants on Sooto
The water plants on
Sooto are very diversified. The plants have a wide range of colors, shapes,
and habitats. Some plants are located in clear bottoms. Others
plants are located in rocky bottoms. There are some located in the area that
is called the shore. These plants exist part time in the water and
part time on moist land. Some plants attach themselves to the inhabitants
of the oceans. There are also lakes and streams on the two continents
that have a rich varieties of water plants. On the northern hemisphere there
is a swamp. The swamp is home to many kinds of water plants.
Some organism are very simple and others are very complex. The main concentration of the water plants is near the continents and islands. The temperature of the water near the continents and islands varies. The water near the equator is warm. The water near the parts of the continents that are the furthest away from the equator is cool. The areas that are covered by swamps are warm and very humid. The further you go away from the continents the less water plants you will find. Scientists have been out a distance of a thousands miles from the continents and islands and have not been able to locate any water plants. Research is being conducted on the reason for the lack of water plants at great distances from the continents. Currently, three water environments are being describe by researches on the two continents. The three water environment being invested are: a coral reef (warm water), a river (cool water) that runs through the northern continent, a group of streams (warm water) that are connected to the ocean in the southern hemisphere and the open ocean.
