I was born on June 8, 1972. I was raised in South-West Los Angeles. When I was seven years old my family moved to Lynwood, where I live now. I graduated in the top ten of the senior class in 1990. I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles in 1995. I received my credential from the same school in Fall 1997. I started teaching in 1996 in Woodlawn Ave Elementary School in the city of Bell. I taught a k/1 combination class my first year, my second and third year I taught kindergarten and I am presently teaching a Model B 1/2 combination class. I am currently studying to get a Masters in Education with the math education option. I like mathematics and am thinking of teaching middle school math with some discouragement from peers. I like to listen to music especially Spanish Rock and Alternative Rock. I like to go out with friends or stay home and read classics such as those written by Charles Dickens. I also like to collect items that refer to Mickey Mouse. I am a faithful mouseketeer. =) I think that being good with yourself and with others is the most important thing. I tend to be careful not to step on anybody's toes. Getting a good education is also a very important aspect of life. I think that when someone is prepared academically they are able to manage to maintain any kind of job. That is not a joke. I have a good sense of humor. I love when people make fun of themselves. I consider mostly everything to be funny except when people are insulted.
This is my favorite Disney character.
