The Lur cell floated on the surface of the ocean. Here it moved about by relying on the ocean's currents. It was an asexual cell that absorbed the energy from the solar rays that managed to filter into the water. As Lujenar changed, so did its aquatic life. The Lur cell was forced to adapt and evolve into other plant forms.

One of Lujenar's deep
water plants is the Lurd. The Lurd lives in the bottom of
the ocean. This plant is a carnivorous plant that preys
on smaller sea creatures. It uses its red tentacle to attract
small creatures, and its yellow sticky stem to trap them.
The Lurd also has long dark brown leaf-like structures that are
used by the Ekans (sea animal) to hide from its predators.
The Lurd evolved from the Rilu plant as it scattered towards the
bottom of the ocean. Here in the in the dark, dense water
the Lurd was forced to rely on other animals as a source of energy.
It was no longer able to feed on the rays of light that
crept into the ocean. The Lurd reproduces offspring every
6 months. It secretes it genetic make-up out into the water
currents and waits for other Lurd's to mix with it.

As the ocean's floor rearranged itself after the volcanic eruptions, rocks began to push upward. The Ricy was forced to move onto rocks. By doing so, it had to evolve into a plant that could survive the harsh waves that beat on the rocks, allowing for the Rilu to evolve. The Rilu converted the Ricy's flesh stem to become a hand like stem that hooked itself onto the rocks. This allowed the Rilu to grow long snake like leaves that clung to the rocks. The yellow sticky part of the plant now served as an attractor to food. As the waves crashed onto the rocks, nutrients became stuck on the plant and the Rilu was able to feed. Living so close to one another allowed the Rilu to change from asexual reproduction to sexual reproduction. Now the plants were able to replicate new plants with new genetic make-ups.

As the water world changed the Lur settled on the off shore and the Ricy was born. It grew long green leafy leaves that secreted a sticky yellow substance. This substance protected the plant from animals. It also served as a means for the Ricy to eat. Nutrients found in the water became stuck to the plant and eventually provided it with food. Like the Lur before it, the Ricy also reproduced itself asexually. It grew a thin red fleshy stem that attracted the heat from the sun's rays. This in turn helped the Ricy produce oxygen into the ocean.
