This diagram shows the relationships among a selected group of animals and plants on the world of Gemini. Because Gemini is a water world, all living organisms utilize the water in some capacity during their lives. Therefore, the land and water ecologies are intertwined. The plants and one-celled animals are towards the bottom of the food chain and are represented near the bottom of the diagram. Carnivorous animals are at the uppermost point on the food chain. The only carnivore represented here, at the top of the diagram, is the Killant Puffer.
