|
|
This
assignment should be done with the group working together.
|
|
Slide
1
This slide is the beginning of your presentation.
It is like the cover
of a book.
It should be simple,
clear, and inviting.
|
|
Slide
2
Write an enticing description of the wonders to be
found on your planet.
This is
the advertisement that will keep your visitors coming!!!
You may write this page later when you have explored the
planet yourself.
You may use more than one page for this.
|
|
Slide 3
This is where you list the
names of the members of your crew. Notice that each crew
member has a link to his or her personal page.
You should also have a link to
the table of contents in case your visitors would like to go there
directly.
|
|
Slide 4
This is an explorer's page. It gives us a little information about one of
the cybernauts on this voyage of discovery. You may write anything that
you like on your own page, and add pictures if you wish. You may
also use additional pages if you like.
Note
that this page can be reached by choosing a link from the Explorers Page.
|
 |
Slide 5
Here is another explorer's page. There should be one page for each
cybernaut.
Notice the list of pages on the right hand side of the page. These
are the pages that this cybernaut will complete on her own. Later
there will be a link to each of these pages.
|
|
Slide 6
Here is the slide for the third member of the crew.
|
Once you have your
text all laid out, select a background for your slides and add graphics as
appropriate. Attractive
appearance contributes to your
grade, as does demonstration of
understanding of the scientific
concepts involved. You may include additional material if you wish.
|
 |
You
will also make an identifying icon for your
page.
Here
is an identifying icon example for you. It should
be a
transparent gif so that the background
shows through around it.
It
should not be any larger than a quarter and
may be smaller.
See more samples at the CSULA
Planets Page.
The
identifying icon is due in class in Week 2.
|
