Each person in the group should have a copy of this form of his/her own.

Begin to do the Form:
Fill in your name, phone number and email address on the form.
You will need to do this on the forms belonging to the other group members.
You will need to do this on one more form for Dr. Viau.
What each person will do:
- Each person will make his/her own author's web page which will include a picture of him/herself, a little information, and an email address.

- one person will combine the organisms for Biome Two (One Page)
- one person will combine the organisms for Biome Three (One Page)
- the coordinator will write a short introduction that links the pages together.
